Located in Ras Al Khaimah, their factory focuses on physically dismantling waste truck and car tires to prepare them for further processes such as rubber granule production or pyrolysis.

This Rubber tire recycling line enables a step-by-step process from bead cutting → tire segmenting → shredding, preparing the tires for further recycling stages.
Based on the customer’s production goal of tire disassembly, we provided a 3-machine setup that forms a basic tire breakdown line, including:
- Power: 4KW + 0.75KW
- Function: Removing the steel bead rings from both sides of the tire
- Capacity: Approx. 40 tires/hour
